牙间隙刷在种植牙术后牙周维护中的应用效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Application of Interdental Brush in Dental Implant Surgery in Periodontal Maintenance

目的探究种植牙术后牙间隙刷在牙周维护中所起到的效果。方法随机在我科2014年整年收治的种植牙患者中抽取100例参与本次研究,将所抽取患者平均分为常规维护组(n=50)与牙间隙刷维护组(n=50)。两组患者在术后均接受常规刷牙等维护,牙间隙刷组患者在该基础上加行牙间隙刷维护。对比两组患者随访12个月期间种植牙效果。结果常规维护组的成功率为60%;牙间隙刷维护组的成功率为94%。对比两组患者的种植牙成功率,牙间隙刷维护组优于常规维护组(P<0.05)。结论种植牙患者在术后,采用常规刷牙等维护的同时再行牙间隙刷维护,可以明显提升种植牙成功率,降低牙周疾病。

Objective To explore the dental implant tooth brush clearance in periodontal maintenance in the effect of the play. Methods 100 dental implant patients were selected to participate in the study in our department in 2014, the patients were divided into routine maintenance group（n=50） and tooth gap brush maintenance group（n=50）. Two groups were treated with conventional brushing maintenance after the operation, patients underwent interdentium brush on the basis of interdentium brush maintenance. The effect of dental implants was compared between the two groups in 12 months follow-up. Results The success rate of routine maintenance group was 60%. The success rate of dental brush maintenance group was 94%. Compared with two groups of patients with dental implant success rate, and the tooth gap brush maintenance group was significantly better than the conventional maintenance group（P0.05）. Conclusion After the operation, the tooth brush was used to maintain the tooth gap brush, which can significantly improve the success rate of dental implant and reduce the periodontal disease.
