经伤椎内固定手术治疗多节段脊柱骨折疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Multiple-level Spinal Fracture Treated by Internal Fixation of the Injured Vertebra

目的 探究采用经伤椎内固定术治疗多节段脊柱骨折的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2013年2月~2015年10月收治的多节段脊柱骨折患者106例,分为观察组、对照组,各53例。对照组给予患者跨伤椎内固定术治疗,观察组实施经伤椎内固定术。对比两组骨折部位恢复情况以及术后康复效果。结果 观察组在治疗后与术后6个月Cobb角、伤椎前缘高度与正常椎前缘高度比值与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 对于多节段脊柱骨折患者采取经伤椎内固定术可显著提高临床疗效,术后恢复效果满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of multiple-level spinal fracture treated by internal fixation of the injured vertebra. Methods 106 cases of patients with multiple-level spinal fracture were selected in our hospital from the February 2013 to October 2015, to divided into the treatment group and control group, each 53 cases. The control group was given the cross wound cone internal fixation for treatment, the treatment group was treated by internal fixation of the injured vertebra. To compared the recover condition of fracture site and rehabilitation efficacy after operation of them. Results After treatment, the observation group after treatment and after 6 months Cobb angle, vertebral height compared to the leading edge of the leading edge of the normal vertebral height ratio of the control group, the difference was significant（P0.01）. ConclusionThat able to effective improving the clinical effect of multiple-level spinal fracture treated by internal fixation of the injured vertebra, and the restoration effect is satisfaction after operation.
