探讨不同术式治疗广基型声带息肉的临床疗效及术后嗓音功能的对比

To Compare the Clinical Effect of Different Surgical Treatment of Vocal Fold Polyp and the Voice Function After Operation

目的研究分析广基型声带息肉接受不同手术方式治疗的效果和患者的嗓音功能受到的影响。方法根据我院广基型声带息肉患者93例进行分析,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用纤维喉镜切除手术,观察组使用显微支撑喉镜切除手术,对两组的治疗效果、并发症和嗓音功能等情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者临床中治疗有效率是94.5%(52/55),并发症几率是9.1%(5/55),对照组有效率是71.1%(27/38),并发症几率是18.4%(7/38);观察组嗓音功能测试比对照组优秀,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广基型声带息肉使用显微支撑喉镜切除术治疗的效果比较好,患者嗓音受损较小。

Objective To study the effect of different surgical methods for the treatment of vocal cord polyp and the influence of the voice function of the patients. Methods 93 cases of sessile polyp of vocal cord is analyzed in our hospital, the patients were divided into control group and observation group and control group, the use of fiber laryngoscope surgery, observation group using suspension microlaryngoscopic surgery, comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups, complications and voice function. Results Observation group, the clinical effective rate is 94.5%（52/55）, the complication rate is 9.1%（5/55）, the control group, the effective rate was 71.1%（27/38）, the complication rate is 18.4%（7/38）, observation group voice function test compared to the control group, the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of wide base type vocal polyp using microscopic supporting mirror is better, and the patients＇ voice is less damaged.
