PFNA与DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效比较

Comparison of PFNA and DHS Internal Fixation in Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in the Elderly

目的 观察PFNA与DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法随机将我院2014年4月~2015年4月收治的70例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者分为两组,每组35例。观察组行PFNA内固定法,对照组行DHS法。比较两组切口长度、术中出血量、优良率及并发症发生率等指标。结果 观察组切口长度、术中出血量、优良率及并发症发生率等指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PFNA内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of PFNA and DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods 70 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with PFNA internal fixation, and the control group was treated with DHS method. The length of incision, the amount of bleeding, the excellent rate and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Observation group incision length, intraoperative blood loss, dykes and incidence of complications such as index was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion PFNA elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated by internal fixation effect is ideal.
