孟鲁司特钠在儿科哮喘治疗中的临床应用研究

Clinical Study of Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Pediatric Asthma

目的 对孟鲁司特钠在儿科哮喘治疗中的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法 选择于2015年1~12月到我院进行治疗的100例哮喘患儿进行对比分析,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,对临床效果及不良反应进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者治疗后总有效率为96.0%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为82.0%,观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗过程中出现的不良反应方面,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠在儿科哮喘治疗中治疗效果良好,安全性高。

Objective To montelukast sodium in pediatric clinical effect of the treatment of asthma were discussed analysis. Methods 100 cases of children with asthma were analyzed in our hospital from January to December 2015, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in the control group underwent conventional treatment, patients in the observation group conventional therapy upward montelukast sodium in the treatment of the clinical effects and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results Observation of patients in the treatment group the total efficiency was 96.0% and the control group of patients with treatment total efficiency was 82.0%, the observation group was better than the control group（P0.05）, the treatment process of adverse reactions and the difference between the two groups no significant（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric asthma, the effect of the treatment is good, and the safety is high.
