盐酸依托必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗慢性胰腺炎消化不良疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of the Treatment of Chronic Pancreatitis With the Combination of Hydrochloric Acid and Compound

目的 分析盐酸依托必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗慢性胰腺炎消化不良疗效。方法 回顾性分析2014年8月~2016年3月收治的87例慢性胰腺炎消化不良患者临床资料,分为对照组（43例）、观察组（44例）,前者行复方阿嗪米特治疗,后者在此基础加用盐酸依托必利,观察比较两组临床疗效及生活质量。结果 两组症状积分较治疗前改善,观察组下降程度较对照组大（P〈0.05）;对照组GQOL-74各项评分均低于观察组（P〈0.05）。结论 盐酸依托必利与复方阿嗪米特治疗消化性不良慢性胰腺炎疗效良好,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of the treatment of chronic pancreatitis with the combination of hydrochloric acid and compound. Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with chronic pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 to were retrospectively analyzed, the patients were divided in two groups： the control group（43 cases）, observation group（44 cases）. The former compound azintamide in the treatment, the latter on the basis and with hydrochloric acid on will benefit, to observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Two groups of symptom score than before treatment, the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）, control group GQOL-74 scores were lower than the observation group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of hydrochloric acid on the treatment of chronic pancreatitis with chronic pancreatitis is good, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients with chronic pancreatitis.
