麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗慢性肾炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in Treating Chronic Nephritis

目的 分析研究对慢性肾炎采取麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法 选取我院在2014年12月~2015年12月所收治的慢性肾炎患者资料100例开展回顾性分析,其中研究组患者通过麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗,对照组患者通过服用黄葵胶囊治疗。结果 研究组患者治疗效果高于对照组,患者24 h尿蛋白定量、免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、血浆白蛋白以及补体C3改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 针对慢性肾炎疾病采取麻黄连翘赤小豆汤加味治疗效果显著,可以有效改善患者临床症状,降低尿蛋白。

Objective To analyze and Study on chronic nephritis take Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in the treatment method and treatment effect, in order to provide the basis for clinical practice. Methods 100 cases of chronic nephritis patients were chosen, to carry out retrospective analysis in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015. The study group was treated by Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction, control group patients taking Huangkui capsule treatment. Results The treatment effect was significantly higher than that of the control group, patients in the study group 24 hours urine protein, immunoglobulin Ig G, Ig A, plasma albumin and complement C3 improvement degree was significantly better than that of the control group, two groups compared with the presence of statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic nephritis take Mahuanglianqiaochixiaodou decoction treatment effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, reduce urinary protein.
