开喉剑喷雾剂治疗急性咽炎、喉炎、扁桃体炎疗效分析

Analysis of Kaihoujian Spray in the Treatment of Acute Pharyngitis, Laryngitis and Tonsillitis Curative Effect

目的 探讨开喉剑喷雾剂（儿童型）治疗急性咽炎、喉炎、扁桃体炎疗效分析。方法 收集洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心2015年1~6月收治的480例急性咽炎、喉炎、扁桃体炎患儿,其中急性咽炎186例、喉炎44例、扁桃体炎250例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组240例,患者均给予基础护理措施,观察组在基础处理基础上给予采用开喉剑喷雾剂,对照组采用西瓜霜喷入咽喉治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组对急性咽炎、扁桃体炎、喉炎治疗效果分别为100.0%、95.8%、50.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,其中急性咽炎、扁桃体炎治疗效果均高于喉炎,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 开喉剑喷雾剂（儿童型）治疗急性咽炎、喉炎、扁桃体炎疗效显著,尤其对急性咽炎、扁桃体炎效果最佳。

Objective To investigate the Kaihoujian spray（children） treatment of acute pharyngitis, laryngitis and tonsillitis. Methods A total of 480 cases of acute pharyngitis were chosen in Luoyang municipal women and children health care center from January to June 2015, laryngitis and tonsillitis in children with, the 186 cases of acute pharyngitis and laryngitis 44 cases, tonsillitis 250 cases, were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, 240 cases in each group, patients were given basic nursing, observation group in foundation treatment based on the given the open throat spray sword, control group with watermelon frost spray into the throat treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results In the observation group, the effective rate was 95.0%, higher than 70.0% in the control group, the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）, observation group of acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, treatment effect were 100.0%, 95.8%, 50.0%, and the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）. The acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis treatment were higher than those of laryngitis, the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Throat spray sword（child） in the treatment of acute pharyngitis, laryngitis and tonsillitis curative effect significantly, especially in acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis effect is the best.
