个性化健康教育对2型糖尿病患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响

The Effect of Individualized Health Education on Self Management and Blood Glucose Control in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者实施个性化健康教育后对自我管理及血糖控制方面的影响效果。方法本研究中将把本院96例2型糖尿病患者进行随机分组,每组48例。观察组采取个性化健康教育,对照组则进行一般护理干预,干预10个月后,评估两组患者的自我管理行为和血糖控制行为。结果在干预10个月后,观察组患者在进行自我管理和血糖控制行为中都很自律自觉,两组之间评估分数的对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对2型糖尿病患者进行治疗时加强对患者进行个性化健康教育,这样既能提高患者的自觉性对其血糖等进行自我控制,也能提高患者的生活质量,是一种有效的管理方法。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on self-management and blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods In this study, we randomly assigned 2 patients with type 96 diabetes in our hospital, 48 cases in each group. Observation group to take personalized health education, the control group, the general nursing intervention, after 10 months, to assess the two groups of patients with self-management behavior and blood glucose control behavior. Results After 10 months of intervention, the patients in the observation group were self aware of self management and blood glucose control behavior, and the scores were compared between the two groups. The differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes on patients with personalized health education, so as to enhance the consciousness of patients on the blood glucose of self control, and can also improve the quality of life of the patients. It is a kind of effective method of management.
