躁狂症患者护理中的问题及措施

The Problems and Measures in Nursing Care of Patients With Mania

目的探讨近年来躁狂症患者的临床护理问题,探讨解决的措施。方法选取我院的56例躁狂症患者进行分析研究,发现护理中的问题,提出有针对性的解决措施。结果 56例躁狂症患者在经过治疗后,总体有效率达到91.07%。结论在躁狂症患者的治疗中,不仅要有相应的药物治疗,还要注重日常的护理,在心理、饮食等方面进行综合护理,这样能有效促进躁狂症患者的康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of patients with mania in recent years, discusses the solving measures. Methods 56 cases of patients with bipolar disorder analysis were selected in our hospital, discover the problems in nursing, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. Results 56 cases of mania in patients after treatment, the total effective rate reached 91.07%. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder, not only to have the appropriate medication, should also pay particular attention to the daily care, psychological, and other aspects of the diet in the comprehensive nursing, so as to effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with bipolar disorder.
