摘要
目的 对肿瘤科PICC置管患者的护理风险管理效果进行分析。方法 将我院肿瘤科收治的50例PICC置管患者作为研究对象（患者的收治时间为2015年6月~2016年6月）,随机抽取红篮球分成实验组和对照组,每组各25例,实施常规护理管理的为对照组,实施护理风险管理的为实验组。结果 实验组的并发症发生率为3.23%与对照组的并发症发生率32.26%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组的护理质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 给予肿瘤科PICC置管患者护理风险管理具有显著效果。
Objective Analysis of the effect of nursing risk management in patients with PICC in cancer department. Methods 50 cases of PICC placement of patients as the research object（from June 2015 to June 2016）, randomly selected red basketball into experimental group and control group, each group with 25 cases, the implementation of routine nursing management for the control group, the implementation of nursing risk management for the experimental group. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 3.23% and the complication rate of the control group was 32.26%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）, the quality of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The risk management of nursing for patients with PICC in cancer department has a significant effect.
