摘要目的探讨将护理干预应用于老年高血压动脉粥样硬化患者的临床效果。方法选取我院130例老年高血压动脉粥样硬化患者,将其随机分为两组,每组65例,分别给予常规护理(对照组)及护理干预(观察组)。结果观察组患者健康知识知晓情况和血压水平均优于对照组,且护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于老年高血压动脉粥样硬化患者可取得较好临床效果。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis.Methods 130 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group were given routine care（control group） and nursing intervention（observation group）.Results Observation group patients health knowledge awareness and blood pressure levels were better than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis can achieve better clinical results.
