摘要
目的对整体护理在内分泌失调型肥胖患者的应用效果进行分析和研究。方法选取72例内分泌失调型肥胖患者,随机分为整体护理组和常规护理组,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和对比。结果整体护理组总有效率93.54%高于常规护理组总有效率77.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内分泌失调型肥胖患者进行整体护理,有助于帮助患者改变不良的作息、生活和饮食习惯,促进患者快速恢复健康。
Objective Analysis and Research on the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with endocrine disorders. Methods 72 patients with endocrine disorders obesity were selected, were randomly divided into the overall nursing group and routine nursing group, nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the holistic nursing group was 93.54% higher than that of the conventional nursing group 77.42%, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion To carry out holistic nursing care for the patients with endocrine disorders, and help to help the patients to change the unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits, and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
