神经型一氧化氮合酶羧基末端结合配体CAPON的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 内皮衍生小分子气体一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)因阐明了NO在心血管系统中是具有重要调节作用。随后的研究揭示了NO参与多种病理生理过程,包括血管舒张、神经传递、巨噬细胞街道的细胞毒性、胃肠道平滑肌舒张及支气管扩张。在生物体内,NO的生成过程需要关键酶一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)的参与,将L-精氨酸(L-arginine,L-Arg)和分子氧作为底物,
