强化党内监督是加强党的建设、巩固党的执政地位的关键举措,更是全面从严治党的重要体现。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央在加强和改进党的自身建设过程中,积极探索强化党内监督的有效途径,不断提升党内监督科学化水平,提出了一系列监督新理念。在党内监督路径上强调作风建设的契入与国家治理的协同;在党内监督策略上把握治标与治本的关系;在党内监督能力上采取内涵式发展提升;在党内监督指向上突出纪律与规矩;在党内监督制度建设上进一步重视实践取向;在党内监督要素上着重强化民主集中制、批评和自我批评、抓住"关键少数",有力地指导了新形势下的党内监督实践。

To strengthen the inner-party supervision is the key measure of reinforcing party construction and solidifying its governing position, and further, an important embodiment of comprehensively strictly govern the Party. Since the eighteenth CPC national congress, the central committee lead by President Xi Jinping has raised up a series of new ideas of supervision during the process of improving the Party＇s self-construction, exploring actively the effective paths of strengthening the inner-party supervision and enhancing the scientific level of the inner-party supervision. Above all lend a powerful guidance to the practice of inner-party supervision under new circumstances.
