关节镜下膝关节十字韧带损伤的重建与疗效观察

摘要 目的探究关节镜下膝关节十字韧带损伤的重建与疗效。方法整群选取2012年2月—2013年2月该院收治的68例膝关节十字韧带损伤患者作为该组研究的对象,所有入选患者均采取关节镜下膝关节十字韧带损伤重建术治疗,进一步对治疗前后膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动范围进行比较,同时对患者治疗效果及随访结果进行统计评估。结果治疗后患者膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动范围均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);68例患者积极接受治疗后,显效61例、有效7例,不存在无效患者,治疗总有效率为100%。随访6个月-1年,所有患者膝关节稳定性均改善显著,无术后远期并发症发生。结论对于膝关节十字韧带损伤患者,采取关节镜下膝关节十字韧带损伤重建术治疗效果显著,能够使患者膝关节功能得到有效恢复,同时扩张膝关节活动范围,进一步为患者生活质量的提升提供有效的保障依据。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic reconstruction of the cruciate ligament of the knee joint. Methods In February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital were treated 68 cases of knee joint cruciate ligament injury patients as the study objects. All enrolled patients were taken under Arthroscopy Knee joint cruciate ligament injury recon-struction surgery, further before and after the treatment, the knee function score, range of motion of knee joint were com-pared, and the treatment effect and follow-up results were statistically evaluated. Results After the treatment of patients with knee joint function score, range of motion of knee joint were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈 0.05);68 patients were actively receiving treatment, effective 61 cases, effective in 7 cases, there is no patients failed to respond to treatment, the total efficiency was 100%. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 years. All patients had signifi-cant improvement in knee stability. Conclusion For patients with cruciate ligament injuries of knee joint, take arthroscopic knee joint cruciate ligament injury reconstruction therapy effect is remarkable, can effectively restore the knee joint function of the patients, the range of motion of knee joint expansion at the same time, further effective safeguard basis for improve the quality of life of the patients.
