摘要 目的探讨临床内科的工作中应用C反应蛋白检测仪的价值。方法该文利用回顾性分析的方法整群选取了2014年2月—2015年6月就诊该院呼吸内科、儿科与神经内科等临床内科的脑卒中和肺炎患者共88例,包括35例呼吸内科肺炎患者、29例儿科肺炎患者和24例脑梗死患者,88例脑卒中和肺炎患者血液中的C反应蛋白均分别给予C反应蛋白的检测仪与免疫酶联法进行检测,并对结果进行记录和比较。结果呼吸内科、儿科和神经内科患者C反应蛋白检测仪测定的阳性率94.28%、93.10%和79.17%,免疫酶联反应法测定的阳性率88.57%、96.55%和87.50%,两种方法的检测效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用C反应蛋白的检测仪可以对临床内科患者的C反应蛋白进行有效的检测,具有临床上应用的价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of medical work in C reactive protein detector. Methods In this paper, a retrospective analysis of the method group selected in February 2014 to June 2015 for treatment of patients with stroke and clinical medicine pneumonia in our hospital respiratory medicine, pediatrics and neurology, a total of 88 cases, including respiratory medical patients with pneumonia in 35 cases, 29 cases of pneumonia in pediatric patients and 24 pa-tients with cerebral infarction, 88 cases of stroke in patients with pneumonia and blood C-reactive protein C-reactive pro-tein were each given detector and enzyme-linked immune response is detected, and The results were recorded and com-pared. Results The positive rate of respiratory medicine, pediatric medicine and neurological patients with C-reactive pro-tein was measured for 94.28%, 93.10% and 79.17%, the positive rate of enzyme-linked immune response assay of 88.57%, 96.55% and 87.50% , the effect of the two detection methods There was no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The use of C-reactive protein detector can be of clinical medicine in patients with C-reactive protein for effective detection, valuable clinical applications.
