融合性网状乳头瘤病25例临床及治疗分析

目的探讨融合性网状乳头瘤病的临床表现及有效治疗。方法方便选取并回顾性分析2010年3月—2015年3月该院收治的25例融合性网状乳头瘤患者的临床表现、病理特点及有效治疗。结果融合性网状乳头瘤病主要的临床表现为躯干部出现灰褐色扁平疣状斑丘疹,常相互融合呈网状,表面有轻度角化,真菌镜检阴性。病理特征:表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,乳头瘤样增生。真皮浅层少量淋巴细胞浸润。治疗:经过8周口服米诺环素的治疗,25例患者中有9例患者痊愈,6例基本治愈,6例显效,2例有效,2例无效,所有患者在治疗过程及随访时间里均未发生明显不良反应。结论米诺环素对融合性网状乳头瘤病有较好的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore Clinical effect and Security of minocycline on confluent and reticulate papillomatosise. Methods From March 2010 to March 2015,25 confluent and reticulate papillomatosise patients were selected,treatment with minocycline orally,for 8 weeks,and to observe the clinical effect and safety. Results Fusion of the clinical manifestation of reticulate papillomatosis is that the patients’ body has dense papules, color is brown, some patients with patchy papules with reticulate surface intersection, slight keratinization, slightly higher than the skin in the affected area, edge light color, it has no obvious desquamation.After 7 weeks of treatment, 9 cases were cured, 6 cases were basically cured, 6 cases were cured, 2 cases is effective in the treatment of, 2 case was ineffective; patients were followed up for 6 months, during this pe-riod, three patients had recurrence, again using the minocycline hydrochloride is still valid, and were cured. All patients during treatment and followed up for 6 months showed no adverse reactions. Conclusion Minocycline on fusion of mesh nipple papilloma has better clinical curative effect, and has no adverse reactions, it is worth popularizing in clinic.
