摘要
目的探析小剂量米索前列醇与催产素在足月妊娠引产中的效果。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年1月该院收治的62例足月妊娠且具备引产指征的患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为31例,研究组以小剂量米索前列醇引产,对照组催产素引产,比较引产成功率及分娩情况。结果研究组引产成功率90.32%、阴道分娩率80.65%与对照组比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05;研究组用药后宫颈Bishop评分(9.0±1.2)分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠引产中成功率高,值得应用。
Objective Small doses of misoprostol and oxytocin effect in late pregnancy induction. Methods Convenient se-lect January 2013 - 62 have full-term pregnancy and abortion indications in patients admitted in January 2016, they were randomly divided into study group and the control group, 31 cases, the study group with a small dose of misoprostol induc-tion of labor, oxytocin in the control group to compare the success rate of abortion and childbirth.Results Study Group 90.32% success rate of induced labor, vaginal delivery rate of 80.65%compared with control group difference （P〈0.05）; the study group after treatment of cervical Bishop score （9.0 ±1.2） points difference compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Small doses of misoprostol in induction of labor in term pregnancy success rate, worthy applications.
