益肾健脾法改善老年髋部骨折术后骨代谢作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nourishing Kidney and Strengthening Spleen on the Bone Metabolism in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探讨益肾健脾法改善老年髋部骨折后骨代谢作用。方法随机选取2012年3月—2015年5月该院的80例老年髋部骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组患者给予益肾健脾法进行治疗,比较两个月后两组患者骨代谢相关指标的变化。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后骨代谢指标中的血清Ca(2.27±0.14)、ALP(111.50±31.53)、BGP(10.67±5.68)以及CT(62.45±3.16)明显升高,血清PTH明显降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对老年髋部骨折术后患者实施益肾健脾法中医治疗,能够改善患者的临床骨代谢指标,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of improving the function of bone metabolism in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods Randomly selected from 2012 March to May 2015 in our hospital 80 elderly hip fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 40 patients, control group were treated with west-ern medicine, patients in observation group received the method of strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney treatment, after two months, the two groups of patients with bone metabolism related indicators of changes. Results Compared with the control group, observation group after operation of bone metabolic markers in serum Ca （2.27±0.14）, ALP （111.50±31.53）, BGP （10.67±5.68） and CT （62.45±3.16） significantly increased, significantly reduced the serum PTH, P〈0.05, with statisti-cal significance. Conclusion The method of tonifying kidney and spleen of TCM treatment in elderly patients with hip frac-ture after operation, clinical bone metabolism index can improve the patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
