摘要
目的 研究维药阿里红[Fomes officinalis(Vill.ex.Fr.)Ames]的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到4个化合物:阿里红氨酸(1),albicanic acid(2),麦角甾-5,22烯-3β醇(3)和正十二烷(4)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Fomes officinialis ( Vill. ex. Fr. ) Ames. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and sephadex LH -20 column, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3-(1-carboxyhexadecylamino) -2-aminosuccinic acid ( 1 ), albicanic acid (2), ergosta-5,22, dien-3β-ol (3), and dodecane (4), respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2 -4 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
