摘要
目的 研究维药阿里红[Fomes officinalis（Vill.ex.Fr.）Ames]的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到4个化合物：阿里红氨酸（1）,albicanic acid（2）,麦角甾-5,22烯-3β醇（3）和正十二烷（4）。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Fomes officinialis （ Vill. ex. Fr. ） Ames. METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and sephadex LH -20 column, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3-（1-carboxyhexadecylamino） -2-aminosuccinic acid （ 1 ）, albicanic acid （2）, ergosta-5,22, dien-3β-ol （3）, and dodecane （4）, respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2 -4 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
