摘要
为探究沥青混合料中盐化物的溶析特性及对集料剥落性能的影响机理,采用等体积置换法分别研究了AC-13和SMA-13沥青混合料掺入盐化物后路用性能。研究结果表明:盐化物的掺入会造成原有沥青混合料中自由沥青增多,导致混合料空隙率下降、马歇尔稳定度减小、流值增大及抗车辙能力变弱等;在等容积的盐化物掺量条件下,盐化物改变了混合料的沥青膜抗剥落能力;AFAC的盐分析出不光与混合料的空隙率有关,还受空隙率内部结构影响。相同沥青混合料级配类型条件下,空隙率越大,盐分析出能力越强。内部空隙连通的沥青混合料盐分析出能力优于内部封闭的混合料。
To investigate the properties of asphalt mixtures containing snow-melt agent, AC-13 and SMA-13 are studied based on the volume displacement method. It's indicated that: free asphalt binder will become more after mixing with snow-melt agent, which leads to the decrease of air void ratio, Marshall stability, and increase of the flow degree and weakening of rutting-resistance; with the same addition volume of salt, salinization changes the anti-stripping performance of asphalt membrane of the mixture; in addition, the salt releasing properties of mixtures are not only affected by the air void, but also the characteristics of inter-space of asphalt mixtures. In the same asphalt mixtures, the higher the air void ratio, the greater the salt will be released out. However, the asphalt mixtures with a connected inter-space will dissolve more salt than that with a closed internal space.
