丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的评价丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的有效性及安全性。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、EMbase和Cochrane Library,截至2015年12月。按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献进行提取资料及方法学评价,并用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入27篇随机对照试验,合计1975例患者。试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为89.62%和64.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组在降低患者尿蛋白排泄率、血清尿素氮、血清肌酸酐、24 h尿蛋白定量等方面均明显优于对照组。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可显著提高糖尿病肾病患者的总有效率,可明显改善糖尿病肾病的临床尿蛋白排泄率、血清尿素氮、血清肌酸酐、24 h尿蛋白定量的有效指标。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods We retrieved the literatures published before Nov. 2015 from the database of CNKI, CMJD, CSPD, PubMed, EMbase and Cochrane. According to the inclusive and exclusive criteria, the trials were screened and quality assessment on them was performed. RevMan 5.3 was used for data analysis. Results The literatures included 27 randomized controlled trials with a total of 1975 cases after screening. The total effective rate in treatment group was 89.62% , which was significantly higher than that in the control group 64. 37% （P 〈0. 001 ）. Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection was superior to routine treatment in decreasing urine albumin excretion rate （UAER）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （SCr） and 24 h urine protein quantitative （24 h UAlb ） . Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin can significantly raise the total effective rates of diabetic nephropathy patients, and it can effectively improve the indicators of diabetic nephropathy including UAER, BUN, SCr and 24 h UAlb.
