摘要
随着大工业电价执行的不断推进,其对管道运输业电能成本的影响逐渐显现。为了降低大工业电价执行中管道运输业的电能成本,文章提出"经济运行区"及效益最低点、效益基准点、效益最高点的概念,结合某站在执行大工业电价过程中的经验和体会,从大工业电价结构组成、计费方式等方面进行介绍。以数据为依据,以不同需量时的耗电量等参数对比说明最大需量核定值是影响"经济运行区"的因素,运行方式是能否进入"经济运行区"的关键因素等。
With large industrial electrovalency implementation continuesly advancing, whose effect on electric energy cost ot pipeline transportation industry has gradually appeared. In order to reduce the cost in the implementation of large industrial electrovalency, the article puts forward the concepts of "economic operation zone", the lowest benefit standards, the benefit reference point and the highest benefit point, combining with the experience of a station in the implementation process of large industrial electricity prices making a introduction. On the basis of data and power consumption of different demand, this paper shows that maximum required quantity is the factor that affects the "economic zone" and operation mode is the key factor to enter the "economic operation zone"
