As the universal characteristic of Internet plus applied to medical field, a magical chemical reaction is taking place. According to grasp the skeleton of the mHealth, this paper reviews the reasons of mHealth development in four aspects, including the policy, economic, society and technique. And then introduces four service models of mHealth market as well as five major industrial chains, mainly in the analysis of the prospects and problems of mHealth in a lnternet plus era, and proposes some appropriate guiding suggestions in order to promote the development of mHealth.
