摘要
苎麻原麻的化学成分不仅决定了其脱胶工艺,也会影响纺织加工过程与成品的服用性能。研究了苎麻纤维不同部位化学成分的变化规律。通过化学定量分析和红外光谱测试发现:苎麻不同部位的化学成分含量不同,其中稍部胶质含量高于中部和根部;中部与根部的胶质含量略有差异,但纤维素含量基本相同。故苎麻不同部位的分段脱胶工艺值得探索。
Chemical composition of ramie fiber determines its processing technology and also affects the wearability of its fabric. Thesegment variability of chemical composition among ramie fiber is studied. By chemical quantitative analysis and infrared spectrum testing, theresults show that different parts of ramie has different composition content, and the pectin in head is higher than that in middle and root. Thepectin composition in middle and root is slightly different, but the cellulose content is almost the same. Therefore, it is worth exploring thesegmentation degumming technology.
