摘要
蜂窝夹层结构复合材料质量轻、强度高,是汽车工业不可缺少的材料。采用模压工艺制备瓦楞蜂窝夹层结构复合材料,并对蜂窝芯的平压性能以及不同面材厚度的复合材料的弯曲性能进行了测试,为瓦楞蜂窝夹层结构复合材料的工艺改进提供了一定的试验依据。
Honeycomb sandwich composite material with light weight and high strength is the indispensable materials in automobileindustry. Moulding process is applied to the preparation of corrugated honeycomb sandwich composite materials, and the performance of thehoneycomb core and bending properties of the composite materials with different face thickness are tested in order to provide certainexperiment basis for process improvement of corrugated honeycomb sandwich composite materials.
