摘要
对蚕丝/羊绒同浴同色染色工艺进行研究。同浴染色工艺中影响因素是元明粉用量、pH和非离子渗透剂JFC用量。通过对这些因素和相关数据进行正交实验,用K/S值判定同色效果,从而得出最优变量。最后对试验工艺进行优化,通过优化载体和氯化混合稀土用量,得到最优工艺为:金属络合染料酱红3%,非离子渗透剂JFC 2.0%,硫酸铵5%,pH 7.0,元明粉2%,氯化混合稀土0.6%,载体CWP 1.0%,染色温度95℃,保温时间40 min,浴比1∶40。
Union dyeing property of silk/ cashmere blends in one bath is studied. Taking pH value, concentrations of sodium sulfate andnonionic penetrating agent JFC as variables and K/ S value of the dyeing as indicator, orthogonal experiments is carried out. With optimizationof the concentrations of carrier and mischmetal chloride, the final optimum dyeing process is determined as: metal complexing dye paste red3%, non-ionic penetrant JFC 2.0% ammonium sulfate 5%, pH value 7.0, sodium sulphate 2%, mixed rare earth chloride 0.6%, carrierCWP 1.0%, dyeing at 95℃ for 40 min with bath ratio 1 ∶ 40.
