摘要
主要探讨了涤纶经编间隔织物复合材料在低速冲击条件下的能量吸收特性。通过调整复合方式、树脂含量以及冲击速度,分析受冲击试样背面的剩余冲击力和破坏特征,比较各个参数对材料冲击防护性能的影响。结果表明:随着冲击速度的增加,固含量对复合材料冲击防护性能的影响由弱变强;在较高冲击速度下,双面为树脂光滑平面的复合材料抗冲击性能较好;在较高固含量条件下,双面树脂镂空复合材料的剩余冲击力较小,能量耗散效果明显,冲击防护性能优异。
The energy absorption characteristics of composite material based on polyester warp knitted spacer fabric under low velocityimpact is discussed. By changing the compound, resin content and impact velocity, the residual shock force on the back side of impactspecimen and the failure characteristics are analyzed, and the influences of various parameters on the impact protection performance arecompared. The results show that with the increase in impact velocity, solid content of composite has increasing influence on the impactprotection performance. Under higher velocity impact, the impact protection performance of composite material with double-side smooth planeresin is much better. Under high solid content, hollow composite material with double-side resin features lower impact force and energydissipation effect, and excellent impact protection performance.
