Establishment of “People-oriented”Regional Urban Complex

该项目将"以人为本"的概念应用于区域性城市综合体——多功能、多业态、综合型现代产业园区。阐述了该形式下城市综合体的优点;如何处理好人与建筑、人与交通、人与空间及人与人的关系;如何从总体上统筹考虑建筑、道路、绿化空间之间的和谐,灵活规划布局。项目的成功实施,体现了现代产业的科技创新的特征,彰显了产业园区的品质感,为国内城市"工业园"、"产业园"类建筑的建设提供参考和借鉴。

The concept of ＂people-oriented＂ is applied in regional urban complex：multi-functional, multi-industrial and modern comprehensive industrial park. This paper expounds the advantages of urban complex in this form; the ways to deal with human and buildings, human and communications, the relationship between man and space and the internal relationship among men; the ways to consider as a whole the harmony among buildings, roads, and green space for flexible layout. The successful implementation of this project reflects the characteristics of technological innovation in modern industry and reveals the quality sense of industrial park. It offers some references for buildings of ＂industrial park＂ in domestic cities.
