《湖北函授大学学报》是经国家新闻出版总署批准备案，由湖北省教育厅主管，湖北开放职业学院（原湖北函授大学）主办的综合性学术理论期刊，面向国内外公开发行。主要刊登社会科学领域的学术论文和研究成果，欢迎本校和其他高等院校教师，以及科研工作者踊跃投稿。
Under the situation of market economy, the factors that affect the teaching quality of higher education in China are mainly social factors and intenlal factors. The influence of social factors includes two aspects of science and technology and eco- nomic factors. The factors include teachers, students, curriculum, teaching materials and teaching management. To this end, the higher education teaching quality guarantee system construction of our country to macro management by the government, and establish the curriculum teaching quality evaluation index and standards, the establishment of teaching quality monitoring sys- tem, resulting in the teaching process of higher education to strengthen the teaching routine examination. We must ensure the teaching quality of higher education and the different types of talents needed by the society.
