摘要
战后,日本着眼经济发展,顺应产业需求,通过体制创新不断调整完善其高等职业教育体系,培养了大批适应市场需要的实用型技能人才,为日本经济腾飞发挥了重要作用。借鉴日本有益经验,对于促进我国高等职业教育发展具有一定的现实意义。
After the World War II,Japan settles down to the economic development,adapts to industry needs,and constantly improves the higher vocational education system to cultivate a large number of practical skills talents through the innovation on system to meet the needs of the market,which plays an important role for Japan＇s economic take- off. It contributes practical significance for us to learn from the beneficial experience of Japan on the promotion of higher vocational education.
