基于协同育人模式的二级就业服务平台构建探索

An Exploration on the Second-level Employment Service Platform Construction on the Basic of the Cooperative Education

本文立足于创新强校工程,以协同育人理念为基础,结合笔者多年的二级院系就业工作实践,通过搭建就业教育平台、就业信息平台、就业咨询平台和就业评估反馈平台,尝试打造"四位一体"的二级院系就业服务平台,以促进二级院系就业工作的可持续发展。

Based on the project of innovation and on the idea of cooperative education,together with the experience of the author＇s engaging in graduates employment for many years,the paper tries to build a four- in- one employment service platform in department or the second level college of an university by means of building a platform of employment education,of employment information,of employment consultancy,of employment information feedback,in order to promote the sustained development of graduates employment in the department or the second lever college of a university.
