基于核心竞争力视角下的高职学生职业素养培养体系研究

Research on the Cultivation System of Vocational College Students' Professional Accomplishment from the Perspective of Core Competence

企业核心竞争力理论要求企业本身要有独特的优势。文章在分析当前高职学生职业发展存在问题基础上,阐述了企业核心竞争力视角下高职学生职业素养核心竞争力培养,提出以职业生涯规划为引导,以课堂教学为基础,以校企合作平台为载体,以师资队伍建设为保障,以文化活动为提升,以职业素养评价为抓手的"六位一体"职业素养教育培养体系。

Enterprise core competence theory requires the enterprise to have its own unique advantages. Based on the analysis of the current problems of vocational college students＇ career development,it offers a six- in- one career qualities educational training system which is guided by career planning,guaranteed by the construction of teaching staff,promoted by cultural activities and improved by the assessment of career qualities,based on teaching,and carrying out on the platform of college- industry cooperation.
