As a business philosophy of fine management is introduced into the work of students in vocational colleges,it is with specific connotation and sense. Meticulous management of student work should highlight the student- centered,by strengthening the fine and delicate management and carefully cultivating students＇ subjectivity to improve the effectiveness of self management. Through understanding and grasping of the fine management of students in higher vocational colleges,it makes analysis of the current status of student work and strives to explore the fine management to promote students self development path of the implementation it is aimed at accelerating the students work and sound and rapid sustainable development in higher vocational colleges.
