摘要
随着高校的不断扩招,越来越多的毕业生进入求职市场,大学生就业压力也在逐年增加,因此大学生就业成为高等教育和社会亟待解决的问题。根据目前这一现象,要积极引导就业人员转变就业观念,鼓励大学生参与多种形式的就业,高校需顺应时代的要求,培养学生的创新精神和创业能力,以创业来带动当前的就业形势。
With the continuous expansion of higher colleges,more and more graduates enter into the job market,college students employment pressure has also increased year by year,so the employment of college students become the problems that urgently to be solved in higher education and the society. According to the phenomenon,it is necessary to actively guide the employment and change the concept of employment as well as encourage the students to participate in various forms of employment. Higher colleges must conform to the requirements and train the students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship to start to drive the current employment situation.
