浅议新时期高职院校思政教育模式创新

On the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

随着经济社会的不断发展和社会对人才的需求,高职院校培养社会应用型人才的任务日显迫切。本文从创新思维视角研究反思了高职院校思想政治教育的现状与不足,提出以学生为中心的新的思想政治教育的新模式,变单一的传统单向宣传教育,为学生为主体的双向互动的新型模式,以促进高职院校思想政治教育的健康发展,适应人才培养的需求。

With the continuous development of social economy and the social demand for talents,higher vocational colleges culture mission of social application type talents become more and more urgent. This paper researches on the present situation and insufficiency of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of creative thinking,and puts forward to students as the center of the new ideological and political education of the new mode. Single traditional one-way publicity and education for students is a new model of the interaction between subject. In order to promote the healthy development of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,we should adapt to the needs of personnel training.
