大学生手机依赖症的心理原因及防治对策

Psychological Causes and Prevention Countermeasures of Mobile Phone Addiction of College Students

随着我国经济的发展和科技时代的到来,智能手机在我国的普及率非常高,手机的功能已经不再局限于通信,手机的种类、品牌、功能日新月异。因此,一种新型的心理疾病,即手机依赖症出现在公众的认知范围内,手机依赖症分布于各个年龄段,其中大学生的手机依赖程度最为严重,因此,本文对大学生手机依赖症具有的普遍性,表现形式,危害以及大学生产生手机依赖症的心理原因和防治措施进行了简单介绍,希望对大学生摆脱手机束缚和相应的心理疾病提供一定的帮助,实现大学生的长远发展。

With the arrival of China＇s economic development and science and technology of the times,smart phone penetration in our country is very high,the phone function is no longer confined to the communication,the type of mobile phone,brand,features with each passing day. Therefore,a new type of mental illness that mobile phone addiction appears in the public purview,mobile phone addiction distributed in all ages,including college students cell phone dependence is most serious. So,this paper makes a brief introduction to the students＇ mobile phone addiction,which has universality,manifestations,hazards and causes and prevention measures on the mobile phone addiction psychology for college students. We want to get rid of the phone bound for the corresponding mental illness and provide some help to achieve long- term development of students.
