摘要
辅导员对大学生的发展至关重要,在校期间,辅导员不仅要辅导学生的生活、思想、学习,更要成为他们的指路明灯,指引他们前行的方向,为他们未来发展开拓更多种可能。身为辅导员要对学生的未来发展负责,要及时正确的指正学生的道路。本文主要阐述辅导员对学生未来发展影响的重大及辅导员怎样做好学生未来发展的指导工作。
Counselors are crucial to the development of college students,during the period of college,the counselors should not only tutor students＇ life,thinking and learning. They should become their beacon,the direction of the guide them forward,open up more for their future development. As the counselors,they are responsible for students ＇ future development to correct students＇ road correctly and on time. This paper mainly expounds counselors influence on students＇ future development of major and how to do a good job of guiding students＇ future development.
