Analysis of Guidance Practice in Engineering and Art Students Innovative Training Program

实行大学生创新创业训练计划项目是高等教育改革的重要组成部分。"大创项目"提供了从理论学习到实践实施相结合的平台,通过发现、分析和解决问题的过程,达到培养学生创新能力的目的。在项目的实施过程中,指导教师起着十分关键的作用。本文通过分析在机械专业与视觉专业大学生创新项目的实施中的指导工作,在项目中突出学生的主体地位,指出项目组存在的不足,探索指导实践的路径,有效地培养工科专业大学生的创新能力。

Implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship students Training Program is an important part of higher education reform. It provides a study of theory from practice to implement a combination of platform. By discovering,analyzing and solving problems in the process,innovative ability of students to be cultivated. In the implementation process of the project,personnel training instructor plays a key role. This paper analyzes the guidance in the implementation of mechanical engineering and visual majors innovative project. The project highlighted the dominant position of students,pointing out deficiencies exist in the project team to explore the path of practice,effectively foster innovation Engineering majors.
