高职院校英语教师素质现状分析及提高策略研究

An Analysis of the Present Situation of English teachers' Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教师的职业素质是教学成果的直接影响因素,也直接影响到学生对英语口语的掌握能力。我国教育事业在不断的进行改革,对教师素质提出了新的要求,同时社会的发展也对高职院校提出了新的要求,多方面的因素促使高职院校英语教师需要做到素质的提升,以应对新时期发展的挑战。英语是一门语言学科,而高职院校的职能是直接面对职业需求,所以对高职院校英语学科的学生而言,英语交际能力是关键,需要教师做大自我素质的提升,从而达到提升学生英语交际能力的目的。

Educational undertaking of our country in the continuous reform,puts forward new requirements for the quality of teachers,also social development also in Higher Vocational Colleges proposed new requirements,many factors make the English teachers in vocational colleges need to do quality improvement,in response to the new era of development challenges. English is a language course,and the functions of higher vocational colleges is directly facing the career needs,so for the students in higher vocational college English teaching,communicative competence is the key,it need to upgrade the quality of teachers＇ bigger and self,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting students＇ communicative competence in English.
