Optimization on Processing Under-screen of Nonwoven Carding Machine

文章对漏底的结构在梳理机工艺调节过程中的作用进行分析发现:通过对漏底加工工艺的优化,可提高梳理机的装配效率及生产效率,同时提高加工质量,最终实现提高纤网质量的目的。

By analyzing regulating actions of under-screen of carding machine,it was found that optimized process of under-screen could increase efficiencies of assembling and manufacture,improve processing quality,eventually achieve the goal of improving the quality of fiber web.
