摘要
为了改善多层复合棉布口罩的面部贴合度,解决佩戴舒适性问题,研究提出四种口罩款式设计方案,并采用主观评价的方法进行对比研究。结果显示,随着运动速度的增加,口罩上、下边缘的贴合度有所下降;随着分割次数的增加,口罩上、下边缘的贴合度上升;运动状态、分割次数对口鼻和两颊的压迫感影响不大。综合评价发现,四片式口罩结构设计方案最佳。
In order to improve the facial fit degree of multi-layer composite cotton cloth respirator,and solve the problem of wearing comfort,four kinds of design were put forward,and subjective evaluation was used for the comparative study. Results showed that the fit degree of upper and lower edge of respirator declined when people＇s moving speed increased,the fit degree of upper and lower edge of respirator increased when the times of division of respirator was increased,motion state and times of division had almost no effects on constrictions to the nose and cheeks. By comprehensive analyses,we found that the four-piece design was the best.
