摘要
采用水性树脂结合无溶剂树脂进行试验,探究不同模量的聚酯、聚碳、聚醚水性面层树脂与反应型发泡聚氨酯层的结合性能,通过对比物理性能指标,选择出最佳性能的水性面层树脂。粘合层使用发泡型无溶剂聚氨酯树脂代替水性粘合层,可避免出现贴合不牢,手感呆板,水性贴合难控制的问题。
Water-borne resin combined with solvent-free resin was used for experiments to study the binding ability to unite polyester fabric,polymeric carbon fabric,polyether fabric and reactive foaming polyurethane. By comparing physical properties,the best surface water-borne resin was chosen. Bonding layer to use foaming solvent-free polyurethane instead of water-borne bonding layer could avoid insecure bonding,stiff hand feeling and uncontrollable water-borne bonding problems.
