摘要
通过对芳纶纤维进行抗静电预处理,优化成纱过程中粗纱、细纱、络筒工序的生产工艺参数,成功纺制纯芳纶纱线并用其制成阻燃织物。产品测试结果表明:纱线强力、条干均匀度、织物阻燃性能均满足客户要求及相关行业标准。
Through antistatic pretreatment of Aramid 1313 fiber to optimize the production process parameters of roving,spinning and winding process,the pure Aramid 1313 yarn was successfully spun,and flame retardant fabric production was made of the yarn. Test results showed that： the yarn strength,evenness and flame retardant properties of the fabric met requirements of customers and relevant industry standards.
