妊娠合并肺癌的诊治现状 被引量：1

摘要 肺癌是一种严重危害人类健康和生命,并带来巨大社会经济负担的公共健康疾病。据2012年全球肿瘤统计,男性和女性的肺癌发病率分别为恶性肿瘤发病率的第1位和第3位,且肺癌死亡率分别是男性和女性恶性肿瘤死亡率的第1位和第2位[1]。中国在过去30年内,肺癌的发病率和死亡率均呈明显上升趋势[2]。而妊娠合并恶性肿瘤的发病率较低,但其临床症状不典型,早期误诊率较高,确诊时多数已为晚期。此外,在妊娠合并肺癌的诊治过程中需要同时顾及母儿的安危,
