摘要
介绍了叉车虚拟仿真培训考试系统的设计开发和关键仿真技术。该系统按照TSG N6001—2012《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全管理人员和操作人员考核大纲》的技术要求设计,在功能上既可以满足叉车作业人员进行操作取证的考核要求,也可以满足叉车作业人员进行日常模拟训练的需要。系统在建模设计、虚拟现实、运动系统仿真技术等方面进行了深入的研究。
The paper introduces the design,development and critical simulation technologies of the examination system for forklift virtual simulation training. The system is designed according to the technical requirements specified in TSG N6001-2012 Outline of examination for safety management personnel and operators of site( plant) special motor vehicles,which can meet the examination requirements for forklift operators and meet the demand of routine simulation training of forklift operators. Detailed research is done on the system in respect to modeling design,virtual reality,simulation technologies of motion system,etc.
