对最新开发的高硬度起重机车轮热处理设备——自动化起重机车轮火焰旋转淬火机床作了介绍,指出了该机床的原理、用途、主要部件和技术参数。该机床处理后的起重机车轮踏面硬度可达（45～55）HRC,硬化层深度可达到15 mm,产品性能达到当代国际先进水平。

The paper introduces the automatic wheel swirlflame quenching bed,the newly-developed heat treatment equipment for high-hardness crane wheel,describes the principles,purposes,main parts,and technical parameters of the machine tool. After treatment by the machine tool,the crane wheel tread hardness can reach 45-55 HRC and the depth of the hardened-layer can reach 15 mm,with the product performance reaching the international advanced level.
