摘要
路基箱在大型履带起重机的使用过程中有着重要的作用,路基箱的安全性直接决定了履带起重机在作业中的安全程度。针对国内2 000 t履带起重机路基箱一种使用工况,从有限元分析角度,针对路基箱的模型简化、边界条件建立、载荷的计算与施加进行了说明,为履带起重机路基箱的优化设计提供了基础条件。
The subgrade box plays an important role in the operation of the large-scale crawler crane,and its safety directly determines the safety degree of the crawler crane in operation. In view of a working condition of the subgrade box of the 2 000 t crawler crane in China,through finite element analysis,the paper describes the model simplification of the subgrade box,establishment of boundary conditions,load calculation and application,providing basic conditions for the optimal design of the subgrade box of the large-scale crawler crane.
