大连港和营口港空间效应变化预测分析——基于太平湾港口建设

Forecast Analysis of Spatial Effect of Dalian Port and Yingkou Port——Based on Port Construction of Taiping Bay

太平湾作为大连港距离东北腹地最近的港区,其建设将对营口港和大连港的腹地空间效应产生重要影响。从港城可达性、港城引力、港腹潜力三大空间指数,探讨太平湾港区建设对营口港和大连港的空间效应变化。研究结果发现:1太平湾港区的建设将进一步提升东北腹地城市与大连和营口各港区的空间联系,各空间指数提升幅度均呈现由南向北依次递减的趋势。2太平湾港区建设将进一步巩固大连港在东北腹地优势区的竞争优势,同时降低营口港在东北腹地优势区的绝对优势,在加剧大连港和营口港腹地竞争的同时,使营口港和大连港在东北腹地市场划分中呈现新的局面。随着大连发展重心向太平湾港区的转移,这种空间效应变化将更加明显。3太平湾港区建设加剧了大连各港区之间的内部竞争,容易造成港口资源浪费,因此大连在合理开发太平湾港区的同时,要注意内部港口之间的协同合作。

Taiping Bay as the nearest port in Dalian which distance from northeast hinterland, its construction would have an important impact on the spatial effect of Yingkou Port and Dalian Port. This paper discussed the construction of Taiping Bay space effect on Yingkou port and Dalian Port by using port city accessibility, gravitational and market potential models. The results showed that： ①The construction of the Taiping Bay Port would further enhance the spatial relationship between the northeast hinterland city and Dalian and Yingkou Port area, and the spatial index of each index in- creased from south to north. ②The construction of Taiping Bay Port would further strengthen the competitive advantage of Dalian Port in the northeast hinterland advantage, and reduce the absolute advantage of Yingkou Port in the northeast hinterland advantage. Therefore, it would make some compe- tition between Yingkou and Dalian Port, last it would make the market in Northeast China showing a new situation. At the same time, with the develop- ment of the focus of Dalian to the Taiping Bay port area,this changes of the space effect would be more obvious. ③The Taiping Bay port area intensi- fied the internal competition between the various ports in Dalian, which was easy to cause the waste of the port resources. Therefore, it was also a need to pay attention to the cooperation between the ports in Dalian.
